Sara (Yu-Li) Lee is originally from Taiwan and began her career as a massage practitioner in 2009 while still in Taiwan. In 2013, she relocated to Vancouver to continue her passion for massage therapy, where she has been thriving since. Sara's diverse background includes intercultural work experiences and trainings that enhance her ability to connect with and understand her clients.

She dedicates time to listen carefully to her clients' concerns, which helps her assess their needs accurately. This attentiveness allows her to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address specific issues. Her plans often include valuable guidance on self-care practices, postural awareness, and lifestyle modifications that aim to support her clients' long-term health and wellness goals.

Sara has received training in the following massage styles: Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal / Pregnancy Massage, Postnatal Massage, and Breast Massage (post-surgery, pre/postnatal).
